Effective Date: Feb 2026
1. THE DEAL (LICENSE)
When you buy a license, you are purchasing a Perpetual License for the current version.
- You Own It: The version you download is yours forever. It will not expire.
- Updates: You get 1 year of free updates and support included.
2. UPDATES & RENEWALS
After 1 year, your access to new updates and support expires.
Option A: Do Nothing.
Your software keeps working. You can keep using the last version you downloaded forever. No monthly fees.
Option B: Renew Support.
If you want the newest features and another year of updates, you can renew for 50% of the original price.
If it works on your machine today, it should work in 5 years (unless Windows updates break something fundamental, which is out of my control).
3. WHAT YOU CAN DO
- ✅ Use it personally or commercially.
- ✅ Install it on your computer(s).
- ✅ Make money with the audio you generate.
4. WHAT YOU CAN’T DO
- ❌ Resell the software itself or your license key.
- ❌ Reverse engineer the code.
- ❌ Use it for illegal deepfakes or scams.
5. WARRANTY (OR LACK THEREOF)
The software is provided “AS IS”. It works on my machine. It probably works on yours.
I am one person with a day job. I make no guarantees about uptime or bug-free operation.
6. LIABILITY
If the software causes your computer to catch fire (physically impossible, but still), I am not liable. Max liability is limited to the amount you paid.
7. GOVERNING LAW
Governed by the laws of Manitoba, Canada.
