1. THE DEAL

You download the software. You use it. That’s the deal.

If you buy a license (in the future), you pay once, and you own it forever. No subscriptions.

2. WHAT YOU CAN DO

• ✅ Use it personally or commercially.
• ✅ Install it on your computer(s).
• ✅ Make money with the audio you generate.

3. WHAT YOU CAN’T DO

• ❌ Resell the software itself as your own.
• ❌ Reverse engineer it (though the code is spaghetti, good luck).
• ❌ Use it for illegal deepfakes or scams.

4. WARRANTY (OR LACK THEREOF)

The software is provided “AS IS”. It works on my machine. It probably works on yours.

I am one person with a day job. I make no guarantees about uptime, bug-free operation, or compatibility with every PC in the world.

5. LIABILITY

If the software causes your computer to catch fire (physically impossible, but still), I am not liable. Max liability is limited to the amount you paid for the software ($0 for Beta).

6. GOVERNING LAW

Governed by the laws of Manitoba, Canada. Disputes? Let’s talk like adults first.
